Thomson Reuters Corp. said it completed its purchase of Manatron Inc., a provider of property tax administration software that was backed by Thoma Bravo LLC.
Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Portage, Mich.-based Manatron provides property tax automation and land registry software for state and local governments. Thoma Bravo acquired the company in a take-private deal for $66 million in 2008.
While under the firm’s ownership, Manatron completed six add-on acquisitions,
which included International Land Systems, Beyond Appraisal, Software
Techniques and Infinitec.
