London, United Kingdom—Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, today announced the completion of the all-cash acquisition of Darktrace plc (“the Company”), a global leader in cybersecurity artificial intelligence, valuing the Company at approximately $5.3 billion. Each Darktrace shareholder will be entitled to receive $7.75 per share in cash. The Company's ordinary shares have ceased trading and Darktrace will delist from the FTSE100 Index on the London Stock Exchange.
