Andrew Almeida is a Partner on the Flagship team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, he joined the firm in 2012 as an Associate, and today focuses on supporting and growing the firm's leading cybersecurity practice. Prior to joining Thoma Bravo, he worked in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Andrew graduated from The University of Wisconsin - Madison with a BA degree in Finance and BBA degree in Economics and holds an MS degree from Vanderbilt University.

Seth Boro is a Managing Partner at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2005, then became a Partner in 2010 and a Managing Partner in 2013. Seth leads the firm’s infrastructure software and cybersecurity strategy, and he is responsible for finding and executing new deals, growing portfolio companies as an active board member, and helping to manage the firm. He previously was part of the investment team at Summit Partners, where he was involved in private equity investments in the technology and business services sectors. Seth also worked as an analyst with investment bank Credit Suisse in Toronto. He has been featured in Mergers & Acquisitions Magazine as one of the “Rising Stars” of private equity and was named by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the region’s “40 Under 40” for his business leadership contributions in building the Bay Area’s future. Additionally, Seth is a co-founder and on the board of the Room to Breathe Project, which is committed to supporting youth and mental health in under-resourced communities by developing the social and emotional well-being of young people and the adults who support them. Seth is also on the board of the NHL’s Ottawa Senators. Seth earned his MBA from Stanford University and his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University School of Business in Canada.

Orlando Bravo is a Founder and Managing Partner of Thoma Bravo. He led Thoma Bravo’s early entry into software buyouts and built the firm into one of the top private equity firms in the world. Today, Orlando directs the firm’s strategy and investment decisions in accordance with its principles of partnership, innovation, and performance. Orlando has overseen over 440 software acquisitions conducted by the firm, representing more than $250 billion in transaction value. Forbes named him "Wall Street’s best dealmaker" in 2019, and he was dubbed "Private equity’s king of SaaS" by the Financial Times in 2021.

Scott Crabill is a Managing Partner at Thoma Bravo. Based in San Francisco, he joined the firm in 2002 to help develop its investment strategy in the software industry. Scott is responsible for identifying and executing new deals, working closely with portfolio companies as an active board member, and helping to manage the firm. He was previously part of the investment team at Summit Partners, where he was involved in private equity investments in software and other technology businesses. Scott also worked as an investment professional at private equity firm J.H. Whitney and in corporate finance at Alex. Brown & Sons. Additionally, he is a board member of the CPMC Foundation, which is the capital raising arm of Sutter Health hospital in San Francisco. Scott earned a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Ross Devor is a Partner on the Growth team at Thoma Bravo. Based in Miami, he rejoined the firm in 2022. Today, Ross is responsible for co-leading the firm's Growth platform, which focuses on minority investments in software and technology companies. Prior to joining Thoma Bravo, he spent nearly 10 years at Insight Partners, where he was a Managing Director focused on enterprise software investments. Previously, Ross held positions on Thoma Bravo’s investment team and in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking division. He earned his BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

Tara was named to Wall Street Journal PRO Private Equity's "Women to Watch" list in 2021 and to Buyouts’ "Women in PE" list in 2019. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and an AB degree in Government and Economics from Harvard University.

Prior to joining Veritas, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Merrill Lynch, where he originated structured and executed leveraged loan and high yield bond financings for leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisitions, and recapitalizations across a wide range of industries. Brian holds an MBA from University of Chicago, and he graduated magna cum laude with a BS degree in Finance from Miami University.

Carl D. Thoma is a Founder and Managing Partner at Thoma Bravo. He was a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Golder, Thoma, Cressey, Rauner and its predecessor funds since 1980. He began his career at First Chicago Equity Group where he helped build one of the largest and most active private equity firms in the country. He is a recognized pioneer of the buy-and-build strategy that is the foundation of Thoma Bravo's strategy today.
Carl is an avid art collector, which he parallels to the process of acquiring, partnering with, and refining a company. Carl received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS degree in Accounting and Agriculture Economics from Oklahoma State University.
He is currently on the boards of the McKnight Center for the Performing Arts, SITE Santa Fe, the Terra Foundation for American Art, and is a commissioner for the National Portrait Gallery. Oliver Thym is a Partner on the Credit team at Thoma Bravo. Based in New York, he joined the firm in 2020 to lead the Thoma Bravo Credit platform and oversee the firm’s credit funds and strategic debt investments. Previously, Oliver spent his entire career at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Partner and Head of Private Credit in the Americas for the Merchant Banking Division. Oliver served on various divisional and firmwide committees, including the Merchant Banking Credit and Corporate Investment Committees and Firmwide New Activity and Credit Policy Committees. He earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business after receiving a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering and a BA in Economics from Cornell University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
