Marcus Sweeney is an Associate on the Strategy team at Thoma Bravo. He joined the firm in 2024 to work directly with Founder and Managing Partner Carl Thoma to evaluate personal investments, manage special projects, and support the Thoma Foundation. Before joining Thoma Bravo, he was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where he evaluated investment opportunities, conducted operational improvement assessments, and supported large-scale strategy and performance improvement initiatives. Previously, he was a Management Consulting Associate at PwC. Marcus holds a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University.
